Technical standards to make software recognize and select labeled Internet information
Formally accepted standards for Internet filtering softwares in each country
Possibility for information search or intellectual properties as the expandible structure
Filtering using PICS (Neutral Label Filtering)
It does not filter all contents in a site but selectively filters the contents in accordance with the defined rates.
It cannot be basically applied to the contents without label or to web browsers that do not support a rating
.... system(not relevant to services through label bureau).

PICS has international compatibility because it was developed as the international technical standard for the
